We Play Well With Others
We know you don’t hire a company; you hire people. Our people make IP an industry-leading organization with the utmost value and importance placed on maintaining solid client relationships.
Our company structure is unique in the industry since our team members are both experts in their respective core disciplines as well as cross-trained to thoroughly understand the effects of a truly integrated search campaign. This includes things like:
- How social media impacts algorithmic search
- The effects of search on social media patterns and content dissemination
- How things like location-based social applications and local search are intertwined
This is a unique quality since most agencies in our industry have “specialists” that are mainly, if not only, focused on a subset of search. Our internal cross-training policy has allowed team members to understand search and social media together and how each individual component works with the others to achieve maximized results in search engines and social media hubs alike.
Even though SEO is a blend of off- and on-page initiatives in which our “Search” team is well-versed in all aspects of SEO, each dedicated individual will have his or her own unique skill set in the areas of Site Architecture, Link Development, Content Optimization, Code Optimization, Web Analytics & Social Media Marketing.
Many of our team members and their expertise are featured on our blog.
More About IP:
My name is Kyle Malone, an intern in the Social Media department here at IP. I am a born and raised Ohioan, although I did spend two years in the state of Florida. I am senior and I am currently in my last semester at Cleveland State University.
I spend most of my free time during the summer riding or fixing my motorcycle. I like to go hiking and biking. I love baseball and naturally the Indians are my team. During the winter you will probably find me hiding out on top of a mountain strapped to my snowboard.
I love to go with the flow and see where the road takes me because you never know what’s around the bend.

Crystal Schauf, Director of Human Resources, has been with Intrapromote since mid-2009. Prior to that, Crystal worked as a Stage Manager at various theatres in Chicago, where she gained an appreciation for communication, spreadsheets and organization.
Crystal began her online marketing career as a member of the Search Team at IP, quickly throwing herself headfirst into the world of link development. She helped develop creative strategies to target high quality links and successfully guided many Search campaigns. She took special interest in researching spam and black hat link building tactics and reporting such instances to the major search engines, as well as educating clients on link building best practices.
Eventually, Crystal’s stage manager roots took hold and her desire to return to a world of managing people took over, allowing her to shift into Human Resources. Crystal now focuses on finding excellent people to join the Intrapromote team, as well as ensuring that working at Intrapromote is fulfilling, challenging and rewarding

Dylan Price, Director of Social Media Marketing, has been delivering social media results to Intrapromote clients since 2009, where he started as a Social Media Specialist.
Since then, he has groomed Intrapromote’s social philosophy, developed the social media service offering, and ultimately translated social media engagement into the return on investment we know today. Typically, you can find Dylan annoying his children by offering elitist criticism of commercials during their television viewing.
His background includes everything geek — from systems engineering in the US Air Force to recruiting front-end developers into Fortune 500 companies — eventually leading Dylan to discover his true love in online marketing with Intrapromote. Dylan is an outdoorsman, a lover of music and sport, but most especially a family man.
